CAAThe Civil Aviation Authority ( CAA ) is the regulator for the civil aviation sector, in compliance with the law, standardisation and the international treaties to which the State of Israel is signatory. The CAA is responsible for promoting aviation safety, development, maximising the level of aviation transport services, safeguarding Israel's air carriers; minimalising environmental impact; implementing government policy concerning civil aviation, as outlined by the Minister of Transport and Road Safety.

Chief Investigator main office
Investigates civil aircraft accidents and serious incidents; publicizes reports; determines circumstances and causes of accidents with a view to avoiding future accidents and to raising professionalism and safety awareness among pilots and aircrew.
